A jumpy read.

The premise is good and there is a bit of philosophy thrown in which fits with the narrative but what is lacking is the emotional quotient. The author who himself is a real life traceur seems to be too much of in a hurry to wrap up the proceedings. The narrative was very engaging at the beginning but gradually became hollow. The parts where Seth finds out about The Facade seemed very sketchy and the relationship between Seth and Zodiac is also purely etched.
It’s not that the book is not enjoyable,it is,but more importance for character building and background building could have been done. Now all seems a bit rushed, I would gladly read the 2nd part but I am expecting more depth, feelings and characterisation infused into the narrative.A story has to succeed means the characters has to touch us emotionally, right?
